Making time

Nothing sits in a warehouse. Every piece is made after you order it, by hand, in our New Jersey studio. Production takes 6-9 business days.

Delivery

Orders ship from Cromwell, Connecticut with tracking. Including production, most orders arrive in 9-17 business days total. The estimate for your address is shown at checkout.

International

We ship internationally. Rates are calculated at checkout by the carrier (USPS or DHL Express) based on your address and the weight of the parcel. Customs duties and import taxes are not included in what you pay us. They are set by your country and are the recipient's responsibility.

Need it by a date?

Tell us before you order. We will tell you honestly whether we can make it. Once a parcel is moving, we cannot speed it up.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number when the parcel leaves Connecticut. Before that, the piece is still at the bench.
