Warranty
Overview
Every piece we make carries a one-year manufacturing warranty from the day your order ships. If something went wrong on our side — not from wear, damage, or someone else's work — we fix it, and we pay the shipping both ways.
1. What's Covered
- A stone that comes loose or falls out because a setting failed
- A broken prong
- A solder joint that opens
- Plating or finish defects on a piece that hasn't been misused
These are manufacturing defects — flaws that trace back to how the piece was made, not how it's been worn.
2. What's Not Covered
- Normal wear — fine surface scratches, a band that thins after years of daily wear
- Damage from impact, chemicals, or wearing the piece where it should come off (showering, exercise, sleeping)
- Work done by another jeweler — once someone else solders, polishes, or resets a piece, we can no longer tell our work from theirs, and the warranty ends
- Loss and theft
- A band asked to carry more than its width allows — a 1.2 mm band will never hold up like a 2.5 mm band, and that's not a defect
3. Resizing & Ring-Size Issues
These are handled as a free exchange within 30 days of delivery, not a warranty claim — see our Returns & Exchanges page.
4. How to Submit a Claim
Write to us with your order number and a couple of clear photos taken in daylight. Most claims get an answer the same day.
5. Resolution
Approved claims are repaired at no cost to you, and we cover shipping both ways.
6. After the First Year
The warranty runs one year from your ship date. After that, we still repair our own work — we'll quote it first.
