Processing Time

Most pieces are made to order. Production takes 6–9 business days, and total delivery — production plus transit — runs 9–17 business days.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

All domestic orders ship free — no minimum required.

• Orders under $350: USPS First Class Mail
• Orders $350 and over: UPS

Need it faster? Expedited shipping is available for $15 at checkout. Note that expedited shipping speeds up transit, not production — see Processing Time above.

International Orders

Canada & United Kingdom: orders over $300 ship free; orders under $300 are a flat $18.

All other countries: shipped via USPS or DHL Express, rate calculated by the carrier at checkout based on your address and package weight.

Customs duties and import taxes are not included and are the recipient's responsibility.

Every order ships from our studio in Cromwell, Connecticut. You'll get a tracking number the moment it leaves our hands.

Packaging

Every piece arrives in a hard jewelry box. If you'd like it gift-wrapped with a handwritten note, just ask — that's free too.
